Rooted in restorative justice practices, Tuan utilizes community based learning and his knowledge of corporate culture to empower individuals seeking to achieve new levels in their organization. The intent of this practice is to humanize, connect, and inspire real people to further their lives through realizing true values and belief in arts and culture.
